Preregistration

From this page you can pre-register for our state convention and request child care during the convention. Pre-registration will get you through the process quicker and will cost you a few dollars less. This pre-registration is for convention and banquet reservations only! It in no way reserves you a room for convention. To reserve a room call the hotel at 210 354-2800. In order to get our special convention rates tell the reservations staff that you are attending the National Federation of the Blind of Texas state convention. The rates are $75 per night, plus tax. This is a flat rate. The hotel is holding this block of rooms and has extended the deadline for excepting reservations until Friday, October 8, so don't delay. After that time we cannot guarantee the rate or availability of rooms. Online Preregistration has closed. You cannot receive convention rates unless you register with the convention. Registration also assures you of the opportunity to win door prizes, and as all convention veterans know, we have some very exciting prizes such as money and adaptive aids.
